Nine years ago......

Today is our Mom and Dad's Anniversary - they got married 9 years ago on Memorial Day. They also got married in Church 2 years ago, but we don't have pics of that one.

ManCat Monday - Daddy love

Happy Mother's Day!!

Today is Mother's Day and we planned something very special for our Mom. As you know, we are all indoor cats, but the hunter within us lives on. Every Spring we get a couple of birds nesting in our fireplace. Every year Mom tells Dad that we should have capped it..... you get the picture.

Anyway......................we finally managed to get a very special present for our Mom and she really loved it! She was so excited she made loud screechy noises and had Daddy take it outside and give it a place of honor. We thought a (slightly bloody) dead bird was the PURRFECT gift for Mom. Here is the place of honor that we laid it....


For some reason, Daddy felt the need to get these from us too. We're not sure why he thought it would be appropriate. The funny thing is that Daddy can't drive for the next 6 months because of his seizure and he tricked Mom into taking him to the store so he could buy these from us...


We're pretty sure Mom liked the dead bird a LOT more than those silly roses!!



We hope all of the Cat Moms and Bean Moms have a wonderful Mother's Day!!
