ManCat Monday - The humilation

I heard that this fellow was going to be making a visit on Sunday. Effurycat knows that the Easter Bunny means TREATS! I figured I would snuggle up to him to make sure I got my share when...

THIS happened. Mom snuck up on me and the next thing I knew I was a BUNNY!!

ManCats need to help LadyCats sometimes too. Our pal Praline is having surgery on Tuesday. We copied this from the Whiskeratti's blog:

We want to help Praline's mom with the green papers for her surgery on Tuesday. The goal amount is $420. Because OUR mom can be completely useless at times, we weren't able to get a PayPal Donate button together HOWEVER the method we're asking people to use is almost as easy.

1. Log in to your PayPal.com account

2. Go to "Send Money" tab at the top

3. "To email address" should be pag4usc@sc.rr.com (this is Praline's mom's addy from her blog page)

4. Enter amount, click on "Personal" tab

5.
Choose "Gift" and follow the rest of the prompts. The whole thing is
faster than it takes to type all this. Especially with paws. MOL!

The green papers go directly to them. We know this is a tough time for so many, so if you can't send anything, please send healing purrayers and good thoughts. Those are just as important!

If you can, please help!

Meet a cool new friend. He was born at the Brevard Zoo to a Masai giraffe named Johari and his father's name is Raffiki. The Brevard Zoo is a cool place and is only about 10 miles from our house. We sure wish we could go visit this little guy...well...not so little...he was 144 lbs when he was born!!!

Here's our photo! This was Mom's Eskie dog Katie. Mom got Katie when she lived in New Jersey and Katie lived to be almost 17. Mom loved Katie a lot and still misses her.

Katie loved to open presents...here she is opening her Christmas stocking presents December, 2002.

Mom couldn't figure out how to find these awards so we couldn't post them yesterday. We're so excited to have gotten these from Brian at Brian's Home!

Thankful Thursday - St Patrick's Day

We're thankful for many things today! We're very thankful for our new VSquillion - Sniffie O'Snifferoo. We couldn't post her yesterday 'cause she was so busy celebrating St Patrick's Day and checking out her new home....we're glad she didn't get too far into the Green niptinis!


We were so surprised to find that we got honorable mention in the Apparel Award in the St Patrick's Day contest that Brian and Lynn217 held.

Somebuddy said Ellie won for Royalty but we dont' know where that was.
