On Christmas morning Ellie had Mom GATHER up all the kitty Christmas stockings so we could open them and see what Santa brought!

Flashback Femme Friday -

Since our dear, sweet Sniffie left us in 2009 we've done Flashback Femme Friday every week.  Mom was going to do a memorial for Sniffie on her one year anniversary at the Rainbow Bridge, but she couldn't do it.  Today we are posting a special Memorial post.  Not to be sad but to celebrate the life of one of Mom's "heart" cats.  We will continue posting Flashback Femme Fridays occasionally, but Sniffie told Mom we need to do more posts with us in them.  Sniffie will always be part of our blog and will always live on the in the hearts of her many friends in the Cat Blogosphere.


We hope you enjoy her slideshow.  It's really long (over 10 minutes) but it is filled with wonderful memories.  Mom says Sniffie was a pro at the "head plant" sleeping position!

Thankful Thursday with Tamir

Tamir is thankful that Santa's already been here.  He might be a bit naughty if Mom keeps putting silly bows on his head!

Toys and Treats and Trees

Today we wanted to share our Christmas Day with you.
We woke up to find that Santa had been to our house.  See the presents under the tree....

Our stockings were filled - look...we got Temptations and Toys!!!

We helped Daddy open his presents....

Secret Paws 2011

Our Secret Paws gift arrived last week but Mom wouldn't let us open it until Christmas Day.  We didn't think we could wait that long, but somehow we managed to. 


Our Secret Paw was Henry, Rosie and Charlie Dog from A House with Two Cats.  They were great Secret Paw friends....they really paid attention to our "wish list" and gave us even more than we could imagine!  Thank you so much to Henry, Rosie and Charlie Dog...you made our Christmas even more special.

Christmas Eve - Decorating with Daddy

It's finally Christmas Eve!  The night when the big guy in red comes!  We didn't think we would make the "nice" list this year, but we were really pretty good (um....except for a couple of times that we hope Santa didn't see)

Secret Paws.....

On Sunday we helped Mom get our Secret Paws package ready to mail.

ManCat Monday with Cousin Trooper

Cousin Trooper is ready for Santa to come!  He's hoping Santa brings him an automatic water faucet so he doesn't have to sit in the sink and wait for Auntie El to turn the water on!!

Easy Like Sunday with Ellie

Ellie says she's going to find a nice, quiet sunspot to nap in today and dream about  Santa and all the presents that she hopes she gets!!!

Flashback Femme Friday

Sniffie and Ellie didn't always get along, but when they knew Santa was on the way they made sure they called a truce!

Thankful Thursday!!!

Today I am celebrating with an "adult beverage" because.........

Daddy's procedure went very well yesterday!  The found one blockage that needed a stent and a whole mess of smaller ones that they cleared out!  It was a long day for Mom and Dad.

Thank you to effuryone who  purred, wagged or prayed for us.  We know we've been slackers at visiting, but we promise that things will get better now!  We love you all!!!

Flat Tamir is Cruisin'

DADDY UPDATE:
Daddy's procedure went well.  They put a stent in and found other blockages that they fixed.  He's in recovery now.  Mom got to see him for a couple minutes but is back in the waiting room.  Thank you for the purrs and prayers. 

This cruisin' stuff is fun!  Look at how beautiful the sky and the water look from my balcony.  I really enjoyed relaxing out here.  Mom was very careful to make sure I didn't fall overboard!!

I got to check out the ship and met this giant Fev-Ver guy.  He was really friendly and took me under his wing!  Isn't he purrty?

Being a flat cat from the Space Coast, I enjoyed seeing this astronaut!!

Later that night, when Mom and Dad came back to our cabin after dinner they found me with a new friend.  Isn't he cute??

Please send some purrs and prayers to our Daddy today.  He's having a procedure done to fix a blockage in his leg. As always, Mom is a worried mess.  We're purring loud and hard for a successful procedure!

Travel Tuesday with Flat Tamir

On Sunday of last week I was sitting in the dining room minding my own business when I was stuffed into this flatcat suitcase!!!

When it finally opened up I got a big surprise!  I was on a CRUISE SHIP!  I was going with Mom and Dad on a cruise on the Carnival Valor from Miami!  How exciting!!

Mom is cool, she brought a little Christmas Tree to decorate our cabin!!

I'm going to snooze now so I can be ready for my adventures.  Mom says I won't be able to get off on the islands but I'm sure I'll have loads of fun on the ship!!

ManCat Monday with Tamir

Tamir's decided that the best way to be GOOD and to avoid Monday is to snooze right through it.

Easy Like Sunday with Cousin Trooper

Cousin Trooper says that, once again, the Florida Furkids are taking up way too much of his Mom's time. He's going to take it EASY today and nap in his Christmas Bed.  His looks a lot nicer than ours does!!

Saturday - Caturday House Trashing!!!

Mom and Dad will be home tomorrow, so we need to start our House Trashing Party now!! We miss her a LOT, but we are ready to PAR DEE!!!
