Poetic Thankful Thursday "O"

Today is Poetic Thursday hosted by our pals Teddy and Angel Sammy at Two Spoiled Cats

Today's letter is "O" and our poem is titled....

OOPS

A word Mom doesn't like to hear
OOPS means something's happened there.
An OOPS could be something we whapped
While Mom thought we napped.
OOPS....we knocked that down,
We were just acting like a clown.
OOPS the papers on the floor,
OOPS "not us" we swore!
OOPS the hork under your feet
A gift for you....aren't we sweet?
OOPS there are teeth marks in the treats
But they were sure good eats!
OOPS we're running out of time,
We hope you liked our Poetic Rhyme!

Today is also Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

We're thankful for our pals at Chewy!   They sent us this pawsome gift for St Patrick's Day.   Needless to say, the chocolate coins disappeared FAST and Mom is using the mugs for her diet coke!!  Isn't it cute how they filled the mugs with candy and tissue to make them look like mugs of beer???
Thank you Chewy - you ROCK!

Oops is a pretty scary word to hear around here too! I love the Chewy presents - they are very nice to their reviewers, and sometimes their humans!

i just returned from visiting Fooz's memorial page. What a great tribute to a very special ladycat. She was beautiful. Reading about her history, she was well traveled like our first cat going from Florida, to Wisconsin, to Kansas, and back to Wisconsin again. Back then we didn't have a cat carrier either. He just made himself at home in the back window of hte car and watched the scenery go by. Fooz was special, I can see that. Sending you more HUGS.

Great poem - sometimes OOPS can mean a lot of fun too.

All paws crossed here for your Dad to get some good news.

And here I thought OOPS was my name. Whenever I bump into something (since I'm blind now), Mom says OOPS! BOL
