Monday Sparks

Today we're joining the new blog hop called Sparks that was started by McGuffy's Reader.
Here are the details from their blog:

Welcome to Sparks. Many years ago, it was my intent to post an inspirational thought each Monday. It would be my weekly meditation, and perhaps feed other people's spirit as well. Life got busy, and this fell by the wayside. Now, I feel a strong need to bring this feature back.

The negative energy in the world has become thick and oppressive. Social media has become a part of this dark, negative storm. There is an obvious universal need for more positive energy and peace. And, we can all be part of this affirmative change.

I believe we are meant to be lights in this world. If we allow our light to shine, we can see where we are going. It is then that we can begin to truly see each other clearly. Together, we can light up the entire world!

I hope you will join us. Please link up a positive quote, thought, poem, or verse. The badge and code can be found in my sidebar. Add the badge to your post to invite others. The more, the merrier. I welcome your thoughts. Peace.

Here's our Sparks for today...

We agree....some days it's really hard.

We like that one and try to do that each and every day!

I do this every day. Most days it's very easy to see the positive. There are those days, when it's much harder.

Have a fabulous day. ♥

Today's spark is SO TRUE today! Our neighbor's trash from their overturned can is ALL OVER our front lawn, the one Mom just mowed, edged and weeded over the weekend. She'll be looking extra hard for positive today! Hope you find some, too!

I believe that there is always something good to be found in each day, and always something to be grateful for. We can start with being grateful to be alive! It isn't always about big things, little things make up the biggest part of our lives. On the hard days, there is always a tiny ray of sunshine to be found if we keep our hearts and minds open! Feel free to drop by and visit me at my blog, and also to join us at Ten Things of Thankful which is a great place to find and share the good in our lives! XO

Wise words! I try to start with a journal each day and list five blessings before moving on.

Yes, indeed. Even on the worst day of one's life, it is always good to try to find something to be positive about. It may not be easy, but it IS there.

That's a good one and often difficult.I know it has been difficult for you sometimes, Sharon, the last several months. I do try to do this every night. It goes along with my believing in silver linings. Mau is sending Allie oodles of love and tons of kisses. Love and prayers, Janet

It's true that some days it's harder than others to find something positive but when you DO find it (and you will if you look hard enough) you just feel BETTER because it's no longer a dark day but a "lighter" one instead! That's great quote.......

You know what...the good thing about having my car stop and pulling over to the side of the road, was seeing the wild daffodils starting to bloom. I would not have seen it otherwise!
Have a Marvelous Day!
