Friday Friends - meet the Manatees

It's so cold here in Florida that the Manatees have come into a canal near our house to stay warm. Earlier this year Mom said there were over 150 of them in this canal. Mom was there visiting the Manatees one day when Sea World came to try to rescue one of the babies who was showing distress.

Dad took this video a couple of weeks ago and we wanted to share our Manatee friends with our blogging pals.

    Wow, that video is really something. Guess they stayed warm because there were so many of them. That was really interesting.

    ooo those are some big fishies...imean they are fishies right they in the water...but mom tells me other stuff lives there too...either way they looks like fun

    Wow, you are so lucky to live where you do. I would love to be able to go out and watch them. Are you allowed to feed them?

    WOW!!! The manatees look pretty cool!! Great video your Dad shot, too!! It has been extra cool her is TX, too!! We got snow on Thursday!! Coolest stuff we ever seen!! We are sending out post the the Carnival form so we can be in your Carnival!!
