ManCat Monday with Cousin Trooper

Hi furriends, Cousin Trooper here.  I want to tell you a story about how much I love my Mommy.

The other night Mommy was sleeping and she felt me quietly jump up on the bed, move around a bit and then leave.  She just continued to sleep until she felt something next to her hand.  She didn't want to get up and thought that it was me.  It wasn't.......

I brought her a really nice present!  A GIANT Palmetto bug!!  For those who don't know what a Palmetto bug is click HERE (unless you're squeamish!)

For some reason, she didn't seem pleased.   Humans, there's no figuring them out.

Please keep Mommy in your purrs and prayers.  She's having a colonoscopy tomorrow.
Thank you!  Cousin Trooper

  9. Our mom wouldn't have been too happy either. We think we would have just stomped on it really hard and then devoured it.

  18. Julie says..Trooper, the palmetto bug scared me to death when I first moved to Florida years ago. A kitty like you giving one to me would have been better, for sure, but I would still prefer to be awake!

Hugs to mom. We'll be sending good thoughts her way for tomorrow.
