Can you keep our Mom in your prayers this week please? On Saturday she had to tell her staff that the owner is closing the place where she works effective 11/30/11. Today she has to tell all the members. She is heartbroken because her co-workers are like family and many of the members are too. She and two of her co-workers tried to take it over, but it couldn't be worked out. We're going to have to do some big time snuggling to make her feel better.

That is just so sad about your mom's work! We know she works at a Curves. Most of the Curves here have closed which upsets our mom's sister as she been going for many years.

ReplyDeleteWe're real sorry to hear about the place where your mom works. (Isn't it Curves where your mom works? Many around us have closed too. Mom use to be a member but not anymore.) What a tough thing to do right before the holidays. Purrs for her and everybody else affected by this.
