Wildlife Wednesday!

NOTE:  Somehow Mom messed up and this posted early (yesterday).  We need to dock her pay!

Mom and Dad took a trip to the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge.

We didn't expect much.  Usually she only gets photos like this (no, he's not real).

The first picture she took was this turtle....

Then she and Dad saw all of these tasty cool fev-vers

They were pretty noisy......here's a short video...

This guy was really purrty....

After a while they spotted this guy!!

and then they saw these two GINORMOUS 'gators!!

Check out these toesies!

We hope you enjoyed Mom and Dad's trip to the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge.

  1. Wow! How cool! Did you know one of our really really good friends used to live on Merritt Island? I bet she knew all about that refuge.

  2. Yikes! We're glad there aren't any big gators like that around here but we would like a few of those fev-vers!

  7. Those where some great pictures your mom took. I liked the look of that one purty bird - but he sure didn't have much meat on his legs.
