Tuesday Troubles with Allie

Hi friends, Allie here.

I'm sitting on Mom's night table to show you her new lamp.  Isn't it nice? It has a very sturdy base and it's pretty heavy.

Purrsonaly, I'm not sure why she needed a new lamp.....can you figure it out?  I certainly didn't have anything to do with it.  Nope....NOT ME must have done it.

For those who follow us on the Evil Facebook.  Those two containers are the "cello" brothers.  Limoncello is on the left and Orangecello on the right.  Mom says the Limoncello will be ready to have the sweetner added next week!

  1. Oh the "Cellos" sound be very tasty! I can't imagine who would have done that to the lamp. I bet your human was just clumsy.

  2. That NOT ME is a real troublemaker - always trying to put the blame on some unsuspecting kitty!

  5. We're stumped. What are limoncello and orangecellos?
The lamp looks like it got too hot and exploded! The new one looks a whole lot safer. :)

  6. Yes, just like what 'dArtagnan Rumblepurr/Diego Hamlet Moonfur' said, It was like that when I got there!

  7. Just an accident, right? I hope it does not meet the same demise!

  8. I know a bit about lamps myself. I went through a rather embarrassing period of breaking one after another. I just wanted to set the bed time by turning out the lights. Can't fault a guy for being creative...

    have a great day.

  9. When Dakota and Phantom were just pups, something like that happened to Mom's very special Tiffany lampshade. Of course Dakota and Phantom had no idea what it was.

We think your Mom is safe with that new sturdy lamp, but the broken one sure was pretty.

  10. Allie, how dare anyone insinuate that you might have broken the lamp. Unless they caught you on video, of course. ;-)

  14. Oh, Allie, I'm sure you had nothing to do with the broken lamp..xx :)

To Sharon and the rest of our precious furkids furriends,
Thank you so much for your kind words when we lost Trapper. It was very frightening, but the vet said it was probably a brain tumor since the seizures came one right after the other. There was no way it would have been a good prognosis after all that.

We appreciate your purrs and prayers more than we can even express xx

  16. Now why would your mom break that lamp? We know it couldn't have been a kitty!

  18. Spontaneous combustion. Nothing to do with you at all. Completely out of your control.
