Woofie Wednesday with Clifford

My Mom bought me a t-shirt to wear when there are storms.  Wearing it helps me stay a bit calmer.  She also has learned how to do a t-touch wrap which helps too.

For some reason, everyone chuckles when they see me.  Can you tell me why?
