It's not so easy here without our sweet ManCat Tamir around. Lots of leaky eyes and sad hearts.
We wanted to share this beautiful graphic that Alasandra from Alasandra, The Cats and a Dog made for us. Isn't it beautiful? You know what makes it even more special? Those are the roses she planted for Sniffie blooming in the background. We think Tamir looks so handsome next to the Sniffie Roses.

ReplyDeleteWe all loved Tamir - he was such a gentleman and such a nice part of the cat blogosphere. I always enjoyed seeing him and finding out what he was up to. I miss him a lot. :-(

Continued purrs and Light to you all. It's taken our human about a year and a half to really move forward after Annie's passing, and it took that long for her after Chumley's sudden death too, so long ago now.
ReplyDeleteAn ease to the grief and heartache will come in time, there are no "rules" to how long it takes.
We hope in time all the very special memories of your sweet Tamir will not be so raw and you will smile when you remember when he did something silly and you can laugh about it again.

ReplyDeleteTamir was a very special and handsome boy. Mom has been hugging our Madison extra the past couple of days. Even though their furs are different colors, Tamir reminds mom of Madison.

Aw, sweet friends, it is so hard to say good-bye to our kitties when they are so tightly woven into the fabric of our lives. Tamir left his mark on you, just as Sniffie did, and the lessons they had to teach you, you will bring with you to whatever lucky kitties find a home with you, those you have now and those that may still be in your future. I think all my kitties--all the way back to Fluffy and Smokey that I had when I was three--are still a part of me. I don't think I would've been able to have the patience and love I have for Spitty, who honestly is the hardest handful of a kitty EVER if it were not for everything I learned along the way. Which is my too wordy and too long way of saying Tamir will always be with you XOXOXO
