Happy Birthday Auntie El

Today is Auntie El's Birthday!  It's a "special" birthday but we're not saying which one!

Cousin Trooper wants to wish his Mom (our Auntie El) a VERY Happy Birthday! He even poured her a nice glass of espresso vodka to celebrate!



We're wishing Auntie El a super birthday too....



Happy Birthday Auntie El! We Love you!!  We hope this year brings you good health and happiness!!
Tonight Mom is making Auntie El's special birthday dinner...Osso Buco.  Tomorrow there is a big party at Auntie El's house!  

Let the Party Begin!!!

    Back when I was in my wine club in Florida Osso Buco was incredibly popular at the wine dinners. Me? While I love all of the ingredients and spices in Osso Buco I am definitely not a fan of veal. I always asked the chef to make me any kind of chicken or fish for the main course. Whatever he had on hand. :)
