The Blessing of the Pets 2013

As we told you the other day, yesterday was the Blessing of the Pets at our Church.  Mom decided that Ellie and Allie should stay home since it was hot out and they have all that floof and are..um....Mature LadyCats.

I hope you enjoy the slideshow that Mom put together.  I was a really good boy.  I howled at the top of my lungs   quietly meowed a couple of times on the way down and was purrfectly quiet on the way home.

  8. We love that the church does this! The mom would love to take us to her church for blessing too, but she's afraid we wouldn't handle it well. Everyone can always use extra blessings and prayers, and a great way to commemorate the kindness of St. Francis.

  16. Hadn't heard anything here about blessings for the animals on Oct. 4th. It was so nice to see all of the pets attend your blessing, and, Raz, you were a big part of it for us!

  17. Raz, it was great to see a variety of animals brought to be blessed. Were you the only kitty there? We bet you were quiet on the way home. Staying on guard while around so many strangers is hard work. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
