Tuesday Tears

We are sorry to tell you that our sweet woofie Cubby went to the Rainbow Bridge on Sunday.  We held off on telling you all because of Raz's birthday....we knew Cubby liked a good party and wouldn't want us to postpone it.

Cubby is with his brother Clifford now....together again.


Here's a picture of Cubby taken a couple of days after  he came to live with us.


Thank you to Ann of Zoolaty for the lovely graphics and for updating our header for us.  You're pawsome!


We want to thank Dr. Alexis Schulman and all the techs at the Animal Specialty & Emergency Hospital for their  kind and compassionate treatment of Cubby and her warmth and understanding towards our Mom.

We'll be doing a memorial slideshow for Cubby but right now it's too painful for Mom to do.

Thank you all for loving Cubby and being his friend.  Just before he left for the Bridge, Mom told him how much she loved him and that all of his Blogogsphere friends loved him too.

    Raz and Allie, I am so terribly saddened by the news of Cubby's departure to the Rainbow Bridge. I have never experienced a loss in my family but I am sure it is devastating....to never see that anipal again ever. I hear you will see Cubby when your day to leave comes around....so he is just in another place and you and Allie wil see him again. Little consolation I know. My thoughts are with the whole family.

    So sorry to hear about the passing of Cubby. It is never easy to lose a loved one, but especially around the celebrate for another...emotions run wild! It is easy to see how much he was loved, and we know you will never forget him. Hugs to you all.
