Mom loves her Weather Whiskers app on her phone.....isn't this little guy cute? He's got his slicker and umbrella on because he's out in the RAIN!
Today is also Caturday Cat Art Blog Hop
We used Imikimi to create a RAIN frame and black and white effect.
