Today is Poetic Thursday hosted by our pal Sammy at One Spoiled Cat.

Today's letter is "U"

Raz is writing today's poem and it's called Unbelievable

Unbelievable

The day started out like any other

In the foster home with my brother.

No reason to think it would be a different day

Rescue cats think that way.

All of a sudden we were packed up to go

What was happening?  We didn't know.

My brother got scared and pooped in his cage

I was worried too, so much had happened that I couldn't gauge.

A lady came by to see my bro

But she saw me first, that I know.

What happened next, I couldn't forsee

She smiled and pointed and looked at ME!

I did my best to impress

I hope she didn't see my stress.

You see that lady is now my Mom

She hugged me and kissed me and took me home.

Unbelievable as it could be

She fell in love with little old ME!

An unbelievable life was about to begin

For Mom Dad and me it was a big WIN.

As you might have figured out - today is my Gotcha Day!!    Here's the first photo my Mom took of me.....Impurressive, right?  That's another one of my brothers in the cage with me.  Don't worry, both of them got adopted at the next event.
