Unconditional Love
Love must be unconditional
If not it will just be transitional.
Love should last forever
Ties that bind and end never.
Love goes beyond this life
The pain of losing it cuts like a knife.
Those who find unconditional love
Should hold on with kid gloves.

Unconditional love is something special and we are THANKFUL to have had that in our lives. Our Dad was a special guy and we miss him every day but know that is the price of having something special that not everybody gets in their lives. Mom and Dad were lucky to have unconditional love. Today is 17 months since he went to heaven.
Allie is THANKFUL for the unconditional love she and her sweet husband Mauricio have for each other.
We were surprised that our little Noelle sent this to Mauricio's brother Sawyer. They are too young for real "dating" but they really like each other. Aren't they adorable?

ReplyDeleteWe did come by yesterday to see the Valentines and read your wonderful poem. Our mom did not grow up with unconditional love, and she is so grateful to have it now. Sawyer is absolutely tickled that Noelle likes him. They look like two peas in a pod. We love the group Valentine. Mau says that he loves Allie as much backwards as he does forwards.
