We did a haiku today.

When I was younger
No Car rides with a stranger
Now you call Uber

Today is also Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!


Today we are SUPER THANKFUL that nasty Dorian stayed away from us.  We are THANKFUL for good friends who took us in when we evacuated and others that helped us get ready for the storm.  We pray for the people in the Bahamas.  That could have been us if Doran didn't change tracks.

    I think it would be a hoot to drive a taxi/Uber/Lyft! I love meeting people, but not too much. So, you pick 'em up, drive 'em, drop 'em off...seems like fun.

    That meme really says it all. We are super happy that Dorian did little in your area.
