Today's photo prompt is
New Year's
This must have been before Covid.
Hugging now is not promoted.
They look like they're having fun
Maybe she is "the one"
We'll put 2020 way behind
A better 2021 we won't mind!

Today is also Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.
We're THANKFUL that, as far as we know, all our friends are doing okay.  We're THANKFUL Santa didn't see us being naughty and we're THANKFUL that we are lucky enough to have so many wonderful blogging pals!!

    That's a great poem! I know everyone is ready to say goodbye to 2020 and hello to 2021 but let's hope they don't do it at giant wild parties where the virus will spread even further. Twenty-twenty-one......here we come!

    What a great poem! We are going to have the most splendorifierous New Year's Eve! Mom has said we are going to cuddle on the sofa under the heated blanket with mom, eat real deaded shrimp and pop corn and watch cheesy movies...we may even stay up until 9!

    Thank goodness we pussycats were able to receive hugs from our humans in 2020 even if they weren't able to hug other humans.
