Today's photo prompt is


Santa Claus

It's time for the annual Christmas photo.
Mom likes to compare how we grow.
We don't like this guy
We're scared and we cry.
We don't think he's really Santa Claus
We think impersonating is against some laws.
Whoever this guy is in the red suit
We can't wait till we can scoot!

We're THANKFUL that Mom and Mom Janet got to be firsties together on Teddy's Tuesday Teaser!!  It's always fun when we are firsties with family.

    Cute poem! I'm sure lots of kids think that guy they are forced to sit with is an alien....even if he's HO HO HO'ing and has a soft lap!

    We know we stopped by yesterday, as Mom remembers reading your poem. We think most kids feel this way about sitting on Santa’s lap. We thought she left a comment, because we remember her saying something about our moms being “firsties” together, but Mom might have written it and then forgot to publish it. She does that sometimes, especially at Scouts. Anyhoo, Sawyer sends Noelle paw hugs and whisker kisses.
