Poetic Thankful Thursday

Today is Poetic Thursday hosted by our pals Teddy and Angel Sammy at Two Spoiled Cats

Today's photo prompt is

Panning for Gold
Panning for Gold
It never grows old.
Will I find treasure?
It's always a pleasure!
They say patience is a virtue
In this case, it's really true.

Today is also Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

Mom was NOT  a firstie on the Teddy's Tuesday Teaser but we're THANKFUL that some of our pals from over the pond got a chance when it posted early. Mom did guess right, although not first, and won this cool badge!  In case you missed it, Professor Teddy wasn't at the Ding Dong Fish School but was on an Adventure with Periwinkle and Stinky.  Click HERE to see what they were up to

  3. Love your poem. You're usually first on everything and you're the one to beat. I always expect a win from you.

  6. Our mom says she would never have the patience to pan for gold. She views it like fishing...standing around waiting for something that never happens. Good job on guessing correctly on the Teaser. Sawyer sends Noelle oodles of paw hugs and all his love. 8. That is a fun poem!
We were not first either, though we were there shortly after the extra early opening of the classroom!

If I panned for gold, I likely would only find Fool's Gold...LOL! (Pyrite)

  9. Loved your poem - really cute - imagine how exciting it would be to find a big old chunk of gold! Teddy had a blast with Periwinkle and Stinky at the Cherry Blossoms in DC. He was thrilled to be invited!
