Remembering a friend - a Birthday at the Bridge

Every year Mom gets leaky eyed on this date. September 29 is the birthdate of Mom's first woofie, Katie. Katie was a Toy American Eskimo and was a little fluff ball. Here's a picture of Katie when Mom first got her...

Katie sometimes modeled clothes for Mom's website....

She loved to sleep in this bed right next to Mom...

Katie got along really well with all of us. Here she is at Tamir's birthday party...

Katie was always smiling...

She loved Mom and Mom loved her a lot too...

  1. That was a lovely remembrance post. Katie must have been, and still is, very loved. Mom said that when a pet touches your heart ~ they never ever go from your memory ~ yoo keep them in your heart forever.

“Those we love remain with us
In the whisper of the wind
In a soft rain that falls from Heaven
    In each sunrise
In every single star that lights the night sky and
In every single memory we hold with our hearts”

  12. It is always so horrible when someone you loves leaves for Heaven. You want to be with them but you want to stay on earth to be with your family. One day all of you will be together and it will be such a happy PAWty.

PeeEss: does your momma know that every time we come to visit with you a pop-up comes in our face asking us to complete a survey?
