Oh crud, that sucks...I did sort of chuckle at the nice bag of shells as well, but oh that sucks. I'm sorry you lost a nice lamp! Of course the kitties are the picture of innocence...I'm sure they'll blame it on the dog ;-)
Oh-Nos! We read about this the other day on facebook and had to come by to see the actual evidence. Looks pretty serious, Allie. We are sure your Mom has forgotten all about it by now :) ~ Timothy and Malachi
Sweet Allie, we know you are innocent....no one could look at you and find you guilty!!!!!!!! We're sorry you appeared on the scene shortly after someone else did the deed!!!!!!!!
Oh dear Allie, we just know you didn't do that. Surely not. Guess Mom suspects you so I hope she got over being mad at you. Better days are coming Allie. Take care.
Oooohhh! I've been trying & trying to score a lamp since FOREVER and I can't because ours have earthquake putty under them. Good job! And great job with the innocent cuteness look. BRAVO! Rascal
The Lady says your mom wanted to know about earthquake putty. We'll let her tell you but it's a real fun-killer.
I buy earthquake putty at Home Depot. It's very available here in CA, for obvious reasons. If you can't find it there, I'd be happy to mail you some - only costs a couple dollars and goes a long way. You break off a piece (it's stretchy and sticky) and put it under the thing you don't want to end up on the floor. When you want to pick up the item yourself, just twist & tug. A push or a shake of the shelf won't disturb it. The putty is easily removable from anything too. No damage to surfaces. If you want me to send you a package, email kch917 at sbcglobal.net. :) Really frustrates Rascal & Midnight, who like to play "does it break or does it bounce".

Ooops!
...and Allie looks the picture of innocence. I'm fairly certain that they must practice that look when we aren't watching.

Oh dear. I hope you did not get in trouble for that. It could happen to anyone. I don't understand why humans put breakables on places that we sit...
Oh Dear! Unfortunately that has happened at our house too...Casper has a thing about lamps.
