Dona Nobis Pacem

Dona Nobis Pacem - Peace be with you from the Florida Furkids

The Peace Prayer

Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace;
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is error, the truth;
Where there is doubt, the faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
And where there is sadness, joy.

O Divine Master,
Grant that I may not so much seek
To be consoled, as to console;
To be understood, as to understand;
To be loved as to love.

For it is in giving that we receive;
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
                       And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. Amen.

We really like that prayer for peace.The pawrents are hoping we will be at peace for the next ten days. Six of us have on calming collars. Lily was spared 'cause it is the rest of us who always chase and taunt her. And Giulietta didn't get one 'cause if she gets anymore laid back, she'll be sitting in a puddle of her own drool. Mauricio sends smooches to Allie. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
