Thankful Thursday

I want to thank everyone who came to my birthday party and to everyone who left wonderful, compassionate comments  for us about Angel Cubby.  Mom's having a really hard time with his leaving and the love of the Cat Blogosphere helps to ease the pain.  Ellie, Allie and I are doing our best to help Mom through this.  We all miss Cubby a lot too.  Mom says the house is way too quiet now.

I'm also thankful that I got to try something special on my birthday - BACON!  I've heard that it's wonderful and my pal Sammy has bacon every Saturday.  I FINALLY got to try it for myself!!!

I am now an official member of Sammy's Bacon Appreciation Club!!  Thanks for the cool badge Sammy!!  Thank you Mom for letting me try BACON!   Now.........when can I have MORE???

    Wow - We've never tried bacon, although mom eats it on occasion...we will have to beg harder next time! Sorry we missed your birthday party...hope you had a great day!!

    YAY RAZ! An official, card-carrying "Bacon Buddy" !!!! Isn't it just the BEST? We think about Cubby a lot too - we know you and your Mom miss him tons....but I just bet it made him smile BIG that you FINALLY got your bacon!!

    Bacon on your birthday sounds wonderful. We never even see it around here. We are so sorry that Cubby ran off to the Rainbow Bridge. Mom sends hugs and we kitties send comforting purrs.

    We LOVE bacon too!!! We don't get it very often and definitely not often enough. We hope you get to have it again soon. Sammy will be jealous that he has to wait until Saturday.

    And another Baconater is born! Hope that's not the only time you'll be able to have it. Lily and Astrid have tried it. Astrid sniffed and walked away.
