Poetic Thankful Thursday

Today is Poetic Thursday hosted by our pals Teddy and Angel Sammy at Two Spoiled Cats

Today's photo prompt is

Stormy

Looks like stormy weather
You couldn't hold onto a feather.
The streets are flooded
No flowers have budded.
Strange place for a stop sign
And a light to shine.
Too close to the ocean
With waves in motion

Today is also Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

Raz was THANKFUL that he received this great certificate for pawticipation in the Knowledge Bowl at the Cat Scout Jamboree a few weeks ago.  He didn't get to finish the quiz (blame Mom) but at least he did his best.

  8. Terrific poem, and a great thankful as well. Mau and Cooper Murphy were thankful for their certificates but didn't think of sharing them on the blog. We'll have to remember that for another week. Mau sends Allie bazillions of smooches and all his everlasting love. 9. Well done. We too wonder about that stop sign. Is it for the dolphins to stop and think about beaching themselves there?
