Poetic Thankful Thursday

Today is Poetic Thursday hosted by our pals Teddy and Angel Sammy at Two Spoiled Cats

Today's photo prompt is

 our poem is titled...
The Crowd

I should have planned today's commute
It's so crowded on this route.
Everyone is pushing each other
Using language that wouldn't please my mother.
All in a hurry
To work we all scurry.
I'm so smooshed I could scream
Wait...it's just a bad dream!

Today is also Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

Believe it or not, Mom got up early enough to be one of the first commenters on Teddy's Tuesday Teaser AND guessed right (although not first)  We got TWO fabulous badges this week!

That's a PERFECT poem for this week's photo. Imagine being stuck in a crowd like that and finding out there's a strike on - NOW WHAT?! I'd call in sick and go home even if I had to walk! LOL Concatulations on TWO badges this week too - WOOO HOO!

London is still full of crowds like this and people pay a fortune for the privilege sheesh.

Your poem got it in one!

Those crowds would be a nightmare. I am glad I don't live in a city!
