Poetic Thankful Thursday

Today is Poetic Thursday hosted by our pals Teddy and Angel Sammy at Two Spoiled Cats

Today's photo prompt is a DOOZY!

The Lady with Hair!
Victorian lady with lots of hair
How does she get a comb through there?
Does it get in her way
When she starts the day?
Oh my gosh
How does she wash?

Today is also Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

We're THANKFUL that we were one of four first commenters on the Tuesday Teaser and won this pawsome badge!

It must take a LONG time!

We wonder the same things when we look at that photo - just imagine what a pain in the neck it is to take care of that stuff! Mom will never again complain about having too little hair. Ever.

Hugs, Teddy

Now that is a lot of hair. It must be really heavy. She must not move around very much.Sharon, you have a super day.

Wasn't it considered a bad thing to cut one's hair, way back when? Our level of hygiene has made a remarkable change since then...thank goodness!

That is a lot of hair. I have very thick hair, and when I used to have it waist it weighed a ton when I washed it. I dread to think what hers must have felt like!

Mom has curly hair too, but she just cannot imagine ever trying to wash or brush through all that hair.

Thanks for sharing your poem. We thought about that too. How do you comb and wash all that hair? It must have been an all-day event. Have a wonderful rest of your Thankful Thursday.

We cannot imagine having so much hair. Yikes. Your mom is getting really good at being "first." Mau sends Allie his love and bajillions of smoochies. Sawyer sends Noelle purrs and paw-pats.
