"Mauricio, "Mau", has passed
away. The king of the porch, patroller of the garden and resident of my lap
during volleyball on television, went outside this morning, as usual, and
peacefully put on his angel wings."
No Caturday Cat art today. We're heartbroken that sweet Mau from The Cat On My Head has gone to the Bridge. Mau and Allie were married at Cat Scouts on July 23, 2016. They were getting ready to celebrate their 4th anniversary.

This hurts as much as losing Angel Sammy.....and the only thing that makes this hurt better is knowing Sammy and Mau are together again. I'm SO sorry for sweet Allie too - so close to celebrating and now it will be just their HEARTS celebrating their anniversary at a distance...............

We were so sad to hear this news and find we are even more sad today. Mauricio was such a great fellow. He was really pretty young and it is such a loss for all his friends

Dearest Allie, as you know you were the love of Mau’s life from the moment he laid eyes on you. You were sweet and elegant and the most gorgeous cat he had ever seen. When you finally told him you loved him, it was the absolute highlight of his life, and then to be married...a dream come true. You will always be together; though, you remain here in the furs. You made him a better man cat. Thank you, Mom Janet with lots of love and hugs😘💖

I think Mau was a special kitty and am very sad he had to leave us.
