Number one could have been written by my wife. She is a carb addict trying to do a keto diet right now.
We are just starting to see mosquitos here - I HATE them. They don't normally get me but I guess this is "my" year! You do a lot of yard work on your shrubs and palms, etc. which is HARD work in the heat. HYDRATE, HYRDRATE and leap in the pool to cool off!! I hope Marg has had a wonderful day.
