relax is the motto for this year... we so agree...
I need to relax too, but mentally instead of stressing over things I can't change.

Those are wonderful fill-ins. Years ago I took yoga and meditation classes since they go together so well and I learned so much - still use the relaxation breathing exercises at night. Meditating is wonderful and REALLY works very well in stressful times.

Great focus word.....RELAX. I need to do this too and quit worrying. I fuss over things and they happen anyway. So what good did my fussing do? None.

We all need to RELAX. Mom actually took Misty for a walk today and it was freezing cold out there. For her, not for Misty. We are hoping for a warmup so Mom can walk with each of us.

Good answers—for a human. MOL! TW has been taking walks even though the wind chill is under 30F. When she got home and off the elevator, she heard me crying cos she'd left me all alone.
I love all of your fill-ins! I took up meditating many many years ago and I recommend it, it will help with the worrying. I also LOVE that flashback of Trooper. He was such a character!
