Aww, such bullies to Frankie! I follow several tree and forestry groups who rescue cats stuck in trees; if a doggo chases a cat up, sometimes they just don't know how to come down again.
Poor Frankie. Reminds me of when Sammy was a baby - he climbed a tree after a big old dog chased him up it but he was too little to know how to get down (after we shoo'ed the dog away!)........David had to get a ladder and climb the tree to put baby Sam in his coat and climb back down. EEK.
