Not my own, but had read somewhere a great epitaph about "planting catnip all over my
gravesite, so the cats would always visit!"
I loved Ann's answer t the 4th one. What a sweet epitaph. And like you, I would be extremely concerned if I heard footsteps. I hope I wouldn;t be like Barny Fife though...

Mom wishes you didn’t worry about things so much, but she understands. It seems a lot of cat bloggers filled in #4 very much the same way. Sawyer is delighted to see Noelle. Blurry or not, she is beautiful. He sends oodles of love and whisker kisses.
