Poetic Thankful Thursday

Today is Poetic Thursday hosted by our pals Teddy and Angel Sammy at Two Spoiled Cats

Today's photo prompt is

The Dancers

They are experts in contemporary dance.
Nothing they do is left to chance
Their moves are super agile.
Nothing about them is fragile.
They work hard at their craft and are pros.
We can't imagine holding that pose!

Today is also Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

We are super THANKFUL that Ian didn't do more than take down some limbs and make our power go out for 24 hours.  We are purring and praying for those who lost everything.  Mom is super sad about Sanibel because she and our Daddy went there many times together.

Of course we are so very happy that you all made it through Ian with little damage.....it was a terrible storm. We do think your poem this week is one of your BESTEST EVER! Love it. Perfect for the photo.

Hugs, Teddy and Mom Pam

Love your poem. You're most talented.

I continue to pray for all those that need prayers after that storm.

Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday. Scritches to the kitties. ♥

I would fall smack on my face even trying to hold that pose..

Years ago there was a conference on Sanibel that many of my co workers attended. They said it was one of the most beautiful places they had seen.

Excellent poem. My prayers are with those affected by the hurricane. XO

It's good that all is well where you are.

Dancers have to be athletes as well as artists, don't they.

So glad Ian wasn’t too bad for you…but I’m purring for all those who faired much worse. ~Ernie

Your poem is amazing. Mom took modern dance in college. She wasn't very good at it! We are all very pleased that you escaped with only minor damage. Sawyer sends Noelle a bajillion whisker kisses and all his love. Glad that you escaped the worst damage from that horrible Ian. So sad about all those who lost everything and more.

Your poem is great! I don't think I want to try that kind of thing...LOL!
