Wordy Wednesday

OBVIOUSLY, we don't get the RESPECT we deserve since Mom totally missed Respect Your Cat Day yesterday!

We're glad Mom RESPECTS our right to sit on the dining room table.  She seems to think there is a "no cats on the table" rule.   MOL, she's funny, isn't she?

You can see that Reesie was VERY concerned about the "table" rule.

Yes, we totally make sure we get RESPECT!

How to Celebrate Respect Your Cat Day

            1. Spend some quality time with your cat Schedule some time with kitty. Go ahead, actually put               it in your calendar. Our lives get so busy, but it's definitely worth taking some time to give your kitty               some TLC. How else are you going to develop a strong bond with your best friend?

2. Get your cat a new cat toy Sometimes showing your love is as easy as refreshing that catnip mouse or getting a new scratching post to replace the old beat-up one. You know she'll love it when you wave that ribbon wand around.
3. Learn new ways to make your cat happy You knew that kitty likes a good scratch behind the ears, but did you know she also likes to play peekaboo with you behind the curtain? Find fun new games or places your kitty likes to be petted today, even if it takes a bit of experimentation. It's all in service of letting your cat know he or she is loved.
We agree with all of those especially if they include treats and toys!!!

Precious says, haha funny funny, about getting the kitty a toy. She never plays with them. However she has one of the house, and that includes getting on the table. Just the way it ought to be around a cat we figure.

A cat quote, "it is not your table, it is my table" and having said that, I shall also point out to you that everything else in this house is "mine, all
mine"!

We LURV cats, and respect them in every way!
Too bad, it's not a reciprocal feeling, since we get butts in the face often...
hehehehe

You 3 are kind to give mom a chance to make up for forgetting to respect you.

Your mama respects you, she doesn't need an official day to show it is all.

Tables are contentios places, aren't they.

We don't need a special day to have respect paid to us - we're lucky enough to have mutual respect in our households right gang? We respect our Moms and they respect us. It's happy like that!

Hugs, Teddy

Of course, our mom missed this special day. She didn't know cats enjoy a good game of peek-a-poo. She says we can try it. Sawyer absolutely is crazy for that photo of Noelle. He sends her all his love and a whisker kiss for every star in the sky.
