Poetic Thankful Thursday

Today is Poetic Thursday hosted by our pals Teddy and Angel Sammy at Two Spoiled Cats

Today's photo prompt is

The Dance
He asked her to the dance.
He was afraid but took a chance.
She said she would go with him.
They were all dressed up but in the gym.
He rented a tux
It cost a few bucks.
She wore a beautiful gown.
He was the happiest guy in town.

Today is also Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

We're THANKFUL that Mom won us another pawsome badge at Teddy's Tuesday Teaser!

I really like your poem. It's not always easy to work up the courage to ask.
