Thank you to all who sent encouraging words, purrs and prayers for Raz. He earned his wings yesterday. We miss him so very much. We already have some posts scheduled but are not sure how much commenting we will be able to do. We are so very heartbroken.
His pal, Angel Sammy, sent this balloon down to him to help him in his journey.

We are beyond sad.....we already miss him and will ALWAYS miss him. Mom and I would love to be able to give Raz's Mom Miss Sharon a hug because we know how hard it is to say goodbye. RAZ FOREVER - in our hearts.

He was beloved and treasured. He was a Angel Madi's beau.
Such a gentle cat who walked thru this world on 4 beautiful white paws.
In my mind's eye, I see so many of his family and friends greeting him and FINALLY he and Madi are walking on clouds together.

Chip, Chessie, MomKaren are indescribably sad, even though we all know that we WILL all be together again someday. It still breaks our hearts. And we ache for MomSharon. You are undertaking the long journey through grief. While others may share that grief we all walk it alone. There are no right or wrong paths, no proper way to carry oneself, no set amount of time to complete it. Some steps will come easier than others. There will be rogue waves of grief that you won’t see coming, and knock you back days. But you will come through it. If you get lost let us know. We have been through it before and we might be able to help you find the way out.

Oh, we did not know Raz well but oh, what a beautiful kitty with the most wonderful eyes, and we are so, so sad for your loss. But also so glad for your time with Raz. Heartbroken is not a strong enough feeling ever for losing a beautiful friend/kitty.
I am heartbroken for you and Raz's siblings. The pain is so hard to bear when they leave us for their journey, we love them so much. I loved that Angel Sammy sent that balloon down for Raz to joib him at the Bridge. I know he was welcomed with love and purrs.
I am heartbroken along with you to hear about Raz. I was hoping that it was IBD and not Lymphoma....I wasn't sure if the Vet told you exactly which one it was. My heart goes out to you. Cody had the same symptoms (but after his botched biopsy he bled to death), it wasn't until after he passed we found out it was IBD and he could have lived a few more years. It is beyond heartbreaking and I know the pain you are feeling. Sending many, many prayers of strength, love and my deepest sympathy.
Simply I am so sorry. I know the amount of emptiness and sadness is equivalent to the amount of love in your heart. I hope that one day, and one day soon, that love will fill in the one of loss and help heal your heart. We will miss Raz.
So sorry for not commenting here until now. Ann made Raz a beautiful badge. It is very hard to believe Raz is gone. It seems like just yesterday when he was a little guy. He had the most expressive face with those big eyes, and we always loved hearing about his antics, especially Sawyer, who loved that they had so much in common. Sharon, I am beyond sad. Raz was such a wonderful cat. Thank you for sharing him and his escapades with us. He was a pillar of the blogosphere!
