The Adventures of Periwinkle and Stinky

 

Periwinkle excitedly paced back and forth in front of the Teleportation Tunnel.  She couldn't wait to see her handsome fiance, Stinky.  She didn't have to wait long since the Tunnel started to rumble and, with the familiar WOOSH, out popped Stinky.  Periwinkle immediately ran up to him, hugged him and said "Oh Stinky, I am SOOO happy your brofur Raleigh has returned home.  I was afraid he would go on a walkabout like some other kitty I know."  Stinky blushed remembering the walkabout he took but smiled and thanked her for worrying about Raleigh.

They spent time paw patting and whisker kissing.  On Saturday Stinky made a quick visit to Periwinkle's house.  They reminisced and talked about the fun they had at the craft show.  They laughed when remembering the goats and the "No Dogs" sign.

They agreed that Churro was a fun goat and her daughter was adorable.

 

They walked around and saw some cool items and saw Street Cat Pottery but there were no cat related items so they didn't stop.

It was only a short visit because Stinky had to go home to spend time with Raleigh but they knew he would be back today. 

Stinky asked what the plan for today was, and Periwinkle said that, as they have done in the past, they were headed to a turkey farm to save the turkeys. The two gathered up some disguises and went to the turkey farm to help save the turkeys.

The turkeys were glad to see them and rushed right over to thank them.

This guy was particularly happy to see them.

Some of the turkeys knew they were coming and  had a collection of 'toons to share with them since they knew it was Toon Tuesday.

They all giggled at the "toons while Periwinkle and Stinky handed out the disguises.

Periwinkle kept encouraging Stinky to hand out the disguises faster, which confused him but he followed her lead.   She took his paw and nudged him into the Teleportation Tunnel to go back to her house.   When they arrived, she handed him a bandana and said "Happy (early) Gotcha Day!  I know it isn't until next week but I wanted to celebrate with you today."

Stinky was super surprised but very pleased that she wanted to celebrate early with him.

They had nip wine...

No party would be complete without real live dead shrimp...

and ham...

and fish on a stick!

We also have nip toys for our friends to take home as favors.

Soon it was time for Stinky to head home.  Periwinkle made him a to-go bag filled with goodies from the party for him to share with Sawyer.  They spent some time whisker kissing and paw patting before he had to leave.  He thanked Periwinkle for the fun Adventure.  Periwinkle thanked Stinky for NOT getting into trouble and, with a whisker kiss, he entered the Tunnel and headed home.
