Poetic Thankful Thursday

Today is Poetic Thursday hosted by our pals Teddy and Angel Sammy at Two Spoiled Cats

Today's photo prompt is

The Midnight Raider

In the hush of night a rumbling tummy calls,
A curious feline stands proud and tall.
With silent paws and whiskers tight,
It looks into the fridge’s light.
No fish was safe, no milk unseen,
Among the shelves, a prowler keen.

Today is also Angel Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

Today we're THANKFUL that we have FINALLY gotten some rain.  We're still in a deficit but every drop helps!
