I'm also very sorry you are having trouble hearing back from IPAC. I actually volunteer with two organizations, since you are having difficulty with IPAC, go ahead and donate to Cat Haven (here) and don't mention me, please. I will send money to IPAC myself, same amount you are giving, and make sure Alison gets it directly since they don't seem to have a way to do anything online (that's government for you, they can't even do right by the community shelter).
