Monday Sparks

Not sure how inspirational this is but we thought it would give you a chuckle to start the week with!

Even though McGuffy's reader is taking a break, we are continuing our Monday Sparks posts!  From the original Sparks posts:

Welcome to Sparks. Many years ago, it was my intent to post an inspirational thought each Monday. It would be my weekly meditation, and perhaps feed other people's spirit as well. Life got busy, and this fell by the wayside. Now, I feel a strong need to bring this feature back.
The negative energy in the world has become thick and oppressive. Social media has become a part of this dark, negative storm. There is an obvious universal need for more positive energy and peace. And, we can all be part of this affirmative change.
I believe we are meant to be lights in this world. If we allow our light to shine, we can see where we are going. It is then that we can begin to truly see each other clearly. Together, we can light up the entire world!
I hope you will join us. Please link up a positive quote, thought, poem, or verse. The badge and code can be found in my sidebar. Add the badge to your post to invite others. The more, the merrier. I welcome your thoughts. Peace.

You made me laugh out loud. This is so true. We wake up each morning with different toys here and there. We love it.

Non-cat people are just dull; no knowledge of cat toys, no cat hair on their clothes, and don't have purrs to enjoy.

Looks just like our house. In the mornings, I always enjoy seeing what toys Cooper has brought into the bedroom during the night. Last night we got a telephone with a pink feather, a lamb, a birthday cupcake (from Noelle for Sawyer’s birthday) and a popsicle. Lately, everyone has been enjoying Sawyer’s manatee from Noelle. Stinky is excited for tomorrow. Sawyer sends Noelle love and purrs. Teddy is the first cat I've ever had that wasn't a "collector". Even Sammy had favorite things that he kept by my chair in the living room (I think so I could play with him there). Teddy doesn't "understand" toys. When he was little he would play inside his tent running in and out of it and hopping around it, etc. but conventional cat toys really didn't seem to appeal to him. Treats YES......sometimes catnip.......that's it! I love the cartoon - they tend to collect the strangest things.

Hugs, Pam

I love this so much. We have pizza boxes, regular boxes, crinkle paper, and candy wrappers (to bat around and chase) on the floor LOL.
