Poetic Thankful Thursday

Today is Poetic Thursday hosted by our pals Teddy and Angel Sammy at Two Spoiled Cats

Today's photo prompt is

The Flower

A flower stands, so bright, so bold,
In a world of metal, gray and cold.
With petals strong and roots that fight,
It blooms with joy, a cheerful light.

Today is also Angel Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

Periwinkle and Stinky are THANKFUL for all who visited and commented and we are VERY THANKFUL that the record-breaking cold that we had is finally gone.

  7. The poem was perfect. We are happy our frigid temps are gone as well. Still lots of snow piles to melt, but Tom was actually able to get his car out of the garage and down the alley today for the first time in three weeks. Angel Sawyer sends Noelle purrs and love.
