Our pal Cousin Trooper is quite the talker!  Mom took this video of him when Auntie El was away.  After he "greets" her at the door, he shows off his cute tummy!

Mom Sharon here.  I went to visit Cousin Trooper to give him a mani/pedi last week.  He is doing good in his new home.  One thing that he did do was over groom himself when his new Grandma was away for 3 weeks.  He stayed at his human brother's house and must have gotten scared.  His furs are growing back now and he seems very happy in his new home.  I have some other photos I will share in another post.

Hi everyone, Cousin Trooper here!  Have you missed me?

The Furkids Mom came to visit me last week.  I'm doing really well in my new home.  My new Grandma went away for a couple of weeks and I stayed with my human brother and his family.  They had TWO birthday parties for me!  I lost a little bit of weight on my vacation and we all agree that I am now at my purrfect weight!

See how neat I am?  I keep my toys on my scratcher!  I have TONS of toys (this is a small sample)  My Grandma says I have eleventy billion wand toys!

Real ManCats know that they can sleep on flowery beds and still look ManCatly!!

I hope you enjoyed my pictures!  My Mom will always be in my heart but I love my new family too.

Cousin Trooper is 7 years old today!  We're happy that he has a wonderful new forever home, even though we know he will never forget Auntie El.

Hi Furriends, Cousin Trooper here!

Last Monday the Furkids Mom came to my house to give me a mani/pedi.

She kind of snuck up on me.....first there were chin scritches...

ahhhh....that feels good

I immediately knew something was up....

not gonna get me....

I was a really good boy (sort of).  Afterwards, my Grandma and the Furkids Mom tried
to coax me over for water....yeah....like I would fall for that AGAIN!!




I don't know if you can tell in the photos, but I've put on some weight and am doing really well.  There are more pics of me from that day that the Furkids will share in another post.

Did you see that little whippersnapper Raz running around like a crazycat playing with his teaser that my Mom got him for Easter?  Sheesh.....silly kids!  Real ManCats know that you can play and not even have to get up!!!  My Mom got me one too....here I am playing but conserving energy!!

Because my Mom is HOME to smooch it!!! Thank you all for the purrs and prayers. Mom came home last night and I am sooo happy to have her back. She's got some discomfort from the surgery but she's doing really great! Love you all!!! Cousin Trooper

Trooper's request for his Mom

Update...auntie EL is out of surgery and the surgeon says it went well . Please keep the purrs and prayers going for a quick recovery. Cousin Trooper sure has a ManCatly walk and some pawsome legs and toes!!  He has a special request today.  Remember THIS post saying that his Mom (Auntie El) was supposed to have surgery a couple of weeks ago?  Auntie El is finally having her surgery today.  Please keep her in your purrs and prayers.  Mom will try to update from the hospital.

Not so wordless Wednesday with Cousin Trooper

Cousin Trooper will be guest posting a few times in the next week.  His Mom (our Auntie El) is in Albany to celebrate her brother's 90th Birthday and our Mom will be going over to take care of him every day.  He looks pretty relaxed about his Mom leaving....we think he knows he'll be getting loads of extra treats!!

Mom was really sad yesterday because she had to take her Space Shuttle down for the last time. She only flew it when the Shuttle was flying. Isn't it a cool flag???
