The Adventures of Periwinkle and Stinky

 

Periwinkle was so excited about today's adventure, she couldn't stand still.  She paced back and forth in front of the Teleportation Tunnel waiting for her special guy to arrive.  Suddenly, she heard the familiar WOOOSH and he tumbled out and right into her paws.   They spent time whisker kissing and holding paws and, finally Periwinle said "Ahoy Matey,  I 'ave a fun adventure planned fer today"  "Periwinkle, Meow Like A Pirate Day was Sunday, we missed it.  I have to say I was a bit jealous of how much fun my fursibs and friends had on Pirate Day."  "Don't worry Stinky, we're doing something even more fun, we're teleporting over to Orlando for the Pirates of The Caribbean attraction"   Stinky was jumping up and down with excitement and the two hurried into the Teleportation Tunnel, holding paws, and soon were there.

The two tabbies walked through the entrance and gasped when they walked right by two pirates dueling.  They watched with some children who were visiting too.  The children were excited to meet the famous Periwinkle and Stinky in purrson!

Stinky asked Jack Sparrow if he could take a photo with him and he said yes.  

In his best pirate voice Stinky said "ARRRRGH, a pirate's life fo us" which made Periwinle giggle.

They didn't want to miss the show, so they headed over and were so surprised when the cast asked them to join in. 

The cast also invited them to take a sail on their pirate ship, the Barbarossa, which they happily did.

When they left the boat, Stinky ran off and Periwinkle had to chase them.  When she saw where he was she just laughed and said "BOYS!"  

The tabbies were getting hungry so they decided to have a snack at the Blue Lagoon Cafe.  They were very impurressed with the selection of Fancy Feast.

Periwinkle and Stinky took a ride on the roller coaster and got a nice Memory photo to take home to show their families.

It was getting late but they wanted to bring something home for their Moms.  They stopped in the gift shop and picked out some pirate hats for them.  They sure hoped their Moms liked them.

With a WOOSH, they returned to Periwinkle's home where they spent some time visiting with her fursibs and her Mom.  Stinky was glad to hear that Reesie was fitting in so well and that Noelle wasn't hissing or growling anymore.  They sat with Periwinkle's fursibs and her Mom and watched the memorial slideshow of Angel Sniffie who went to the Bridge on this day in 2010.  Neither Periwinkle or Stinky  knew Angel Sniffie and enjoyed seeing her.

Periwinkle and Stinky spent some time whisker kissing and headbonking and soon he had to get back into the Teleportation Tunnel to head home. "Periwinkle, this was a fun adventure. I sure love the time we spend together." Periwinkle ran up to him and gave him one more whisker kiss and then he was on his way home.
