Thankful Thursday - an award

A few weeks our Pal Sammy from One Spoiled Cat gave us a pawsome award! It's called The Lighthouse Award.  Sammy is a good friend and a great Cat Scout.

First - Thank you Sammy!  We've never had this award before and it's really pretty!!!!

Second.....3 ways we like to help people through our blog.

1. We like helping introduce our friends to new bloggers. We all remember when we were just starting out and how exciting it is to find new friends!!

2.  We like helping to cheer on our blogging friends when they are part of contests or win special awards.  We  also like being able to help our friends when they are going through rough times.  We don't LIKE that those things happen but sure hope we can help support our pals when things do.

3.  We like to participate in fundraisers and comment-a-thons to help support rescues

We love all treats.  The Temptations Catnip treats are nommy and we think that makes them sweet.

Mom calls Ellie Sweetie, Sweet Ellie Belly.  Allie is AllieNo (we're not sure that's sweet) and Raz is Sweetie Pie.

Thankful Thursday...an award

Our pals at Twinkletoe Tails have given us a pawsome award.

For the "Beautiful Blogger" Award, we must  tell 7 things about ourselves and pass this on to 15 bloggers.

We hope we can come up with 7 things you don't know about us!!

1.  Even though Ellie is Daddy's special girl, she sleeps on Mom's pillow at night.  Mom wakes up with her head all the way off the pillow but knows better than to disturb Ellie.

2.  Tamir has no idea how big he is.  He will often try to smoosh into a little spot for a snooze.

3.  Everybuddy here loves ham except Allie.  She prefers chick-hen!

4.  Clifford loves carrying his toys around.  He often tries to take them outside but will forget them out there if he does.

5.  Cubby is an escape artist.  Mom and Dad have to be extra careful with him when the door is open.

6.  Cousin Trooper plays fetch with Auntie El.  She'll throw a toy (usually his bug) and he'll bring it back to her.

7.  We cats rule!  Oh wait.....you probably already know that!!!

We hope you enjoyed learning a bit about us.  We don't know how many of our pals have had this award already, so we're giving it to anycat or woofie who would like it.  We hope you do take it because we love learning about our furriends!!

Thankful Thursday - a cool award from good friends

We received this cool award from our friends Chancy and Company and from Clarissa's House of Cats!

You are supposed to tell 7 things about yourself! We know you already know lots about us, but we'll try to come up with 7 new things!


1. Cousin Trooper used to live with us. He didn't get along with Sniffie, so he moved in with Auntie El.


2. Cubby and Clifford (our woofies) will sleep as late as Mom (and that's purrty late when she isn't working!


3. Ellie and Tamir LOVE ham. Allie is very picky and won't eat ham!


4. Tamir plays in the water fountain. Mom always knows when he's had a drink 'cause she sees pawprints all over the floor.


5. Mom and Auntie El started their business, Friends FurEver, in 1995. They've been best friends for eleventy billion years. Our blog is named after their business.


6. We all like to sleep on Mom. Dad moves around too much for us!!


7. Allie has a big white spot at the end of her tail! Look for it in her pictures!

Thankful Thursday - A Super Award - stylish blogger

We recently received the Stylish blogger from Luscious Lucy from a Tale of 2 Kitties.
We love Lucious Lucy's blog and we encourage you to go visit!!

The award rules say that we have to tell you 7 things about us!

1. Allie loves attention. She will paw at Mom or climb up her leg to get pets.

2. Ellie loves Daddy (okay, you probably already knew that) and will climb on his lap to sleep. What you didn't know is that Daddy will carry her around until she is finished with her nap!

3. Tamir purrs so loud that Daddy once thought he heard a helicopter!!

4. Ellie and Allie like to give "love bites"

5. The woofies love each other so much that they do everything together.

6. Cousin Trooper loves water! We think that's strange!!!

7. Shhh.....don't tell Tamir but tomorrow is his surprise birthday party!!
