Toes Tuesday

UPDATE:  We're back from the V-E-T.  Tamir was such a brave ManCat.  The vet stole some of his bloods and thinks that Tamir's kidneys are the problem.  Tamir got fluids, a vitamin shot and an antacid shot.  The other possibilities are diabetes or thyroid problems.  Please keep the prayers going!

Prayers need for Tamir. The last few days he's been a bit punky. Last night he totally refused both treats and stinky goodness. I weighed him this morning and he's down a pound :( We have a V-E-T appointment at 10:30. I'm really worried about my boy.  He's going to be doing more than sleeping in that P-T-U today.

Tamir says a real ManCat has no fears about sleeping in his PTU.  He's  all comfy and stretched out while showing his cute um...we mean ManCatly toes!

Easy Like Sunday....or not!

Hi furriends, Tamir here.

I was thinking of a nice EASY Sunday with my special girl Gracie.  After all, it's Labor Day weekend!
I planned a nice, romantic picnic with lots of stinky goodness and with some refreshing meowgaritas.

Who knew that after our lunch, Gracie had even bigger things planned!!!  Want to know what else we did?  Well, you'll have to go to Gracie's blog and the Tabby Cat Club to see more.

Remembering the Way We Were with Tamir

Todays Event at The Tabby Cat Club  is Remembering the Way We Were hosted by Kizzie.  I wanted to share some of my baby pictures.  These are all scans so they aren't great, but Mom says my baby cuteness comes through loud and clear!

Here I am with my older brofur Baschert.  We were both adopted from the same rescue - Animal Placement Agency of the Windsors.  Baschert came to Mom about a year before I did and taught me how to wrap Mom around my little paws!

Here I am with Baschert and Mom's woofie Katie and SANTA!!!  You can see how happy I am to be there!

Did you know I was a show cat once?  Mom says this is the show I became a MANCAT at.  I won a ribbon for doing something "inappropriate" in the cage!!!  Fortunately, Mom said I  was already scheduled for my  Hoo-ha-ectomy!

This is one of Mom's favorites.  That rocker is from when she was a little girl (yep....eleventy billion years ago)  She makes squeeing noises whenever she sees this picture!

G-Rated Bath Day

Today the Tabby Cat Club is having a fun event - G-Rated Bath Day!!  Our pal Mousie came up with the idea and we think it's fun!

Tamir is a very discreet ManCat.  Notice how he keeps his tail over his "private" parts while he bathes.

Brofurs and Sisfurs - The Good, The Bad and The Ugly or Love 'em or Leave 'em

Today the Tabby Cat Club has a special Theme. Brofurs and Sisfurs, The Good, The Bad and the Ugly.

Ellie certainly isn't Ugly but she can be really Bad sometimes. Here I am trying to enjoy a little Bird TV. You can hear me meow a hello to the birdies at the very beginning of the video and you can tell how happy I am by my loud purr. About halfway through the video, Ellie comes by. Wait till you see what she does to me. As a Good ManCat brofur, I just turn my head and go on purring!!

I'm so excited today because I've joined the Tabby Cat Club

 This isn't my biggest yawn, but it shows my pawsome whiskers and some very sharp claws!!
