It was in our newspapers about falling lizards too!
I agree with you about leftovers. I never keep them for more than 3 days or maybe less depending on what it is either.

We saw the story about the lizards on TV. Poor things.....cold snaps and lizards are not a good combination! I have a 3-day rule too about leftovers......................

We have what they are calling stunned turtles washing up on our Coast. Due to the change in temperature over the last 10 days. Luckily there are several
turtle rehab centers that are caring for them.
According to a book I once read on memory, It is ok to lose things that is normal. As long as when you find them you remember what to do with them when you find them.

Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers- I am sorry that you lost Bill though. I just heard about the lizards on the news the other day, another reason I am glad I live in a colder climate. Have a nice weekend! XO

1. I am particular about placement of household items. I am not a counter top or table "paper-putter". I keep their surfaces as clear as possible. Been that way forever.

2. Energy is awesome...for awhile. Then, I run out of gas; but after a few minutes sitting down I'm back.

3. The moment I knew I was expecting my first, is a moment I'll never forget.

4. Have you ever heard of thunder and lightening both in a blizzard? I experience that in North Germany.

We saw the story about falling lizards. Have you seen any fall yet?

We even heard about falling lizards up here in northern BC. That would be a heck of a fall....wonder if they broke lizard bones. I only fell a few feet and broke a few things. The poor gaffers. I now feel for anything that might have been hurt in a fall.

I think falling lizards beats raining cats and dogs!

I don't think I'd like falling lizards. The peeps make a huge pot of baked ziti and freeze two portions which they'll eat a month later.

We loved your answers! Dad is happy to have leftovers, but he freezes them in containers for the next week. He says most of what he cooks freezes OK.

He puts down stuff all over the place and loses them. So he just thinks fer a few minutes and suddenly gets a mind-picture. Then suddenly, he not only knows where the camera is but even if it is upside down or bottom side down. Sometimes he he then goes into the room in the dark and lays his hand right on it.

We unnerstand about "the moment". Dad says these things are stuck in his mind forever.

We havent seen anny falling lizards, but we would sure like ta see a falling skwerl! Oh wait, Dad mentioned a snake fell on him out of a tree once. It was a harmless one. Going after some skwerls, we hope!

The news about it raining lizards has been all over our news. It”s amazing that when they warm up they are okay. Mom says that Mom Sharon isn’t forgetful. She just needs to live in the moment...something our mom has lots of trouble with. We know losing your daddy was super tough on all of you. We were always happy to see Cousin Trooper and we still enjoy seeing him in flashbacks. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer with smooches and oodles of love from Mau for Allie and purrs and paw-pats for Noelle from Sawyer
