Noelle wanted to get her paws say hi to this lizard who was on our screen. She mentioned something about mailing it to Sawyer.

Shrimp and Asparagus Salad
Ingredients:
1 10-ounce package frozen asparagus spears
1 pound shrimp cooked
1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup Ranch dressing
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
Romaine lettuce
Tomato wedges
Lemon wedges
2 tablespoons parsley chopped
Cook asparagus according to package directions. Drain and cool.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, sprinkle shrimp with lemon juice and Old Bay Seasoning. Let stand for 2 minutes stir and drain off excess. Add 1/4 cup of the dressing and green onions. Chill for 20-25 minutes. Take Romaine lettuce leaves and line salad bowls. Arrange asparagus in a circular pattern. Spoon shrimp mixture over asparagus. Finish with tomato, lemon and parsley.

Now that's yummy, asparagus is popular here and shrimp is too!

We're with Da Tabbies.....let's see some lizards in that mix. Although mom loves the shrimp.

As vegans, we don't do shrimp, but grilled asparagus is often on the dinner plate...yummy!

Shrimp and asparagus - two of Mom's favorites. She needs to try this recipe. Right now there is some really good asparagus in the stores.

Shrimp and asparagus salad sounds pretty dang tasty. And that lizard would make a fine gift for Sawyer, Noelle!
Sawyer says that Noelle should bring that lizard to his house and then Stinky and Periwinkle and play with it on their next adventure. He looks huge, but we suspect that is just the photo.
