We are starting today on a sad but THANKFUL note. As you probably know by now, our wonderful pal Gracie became an Angel earlier this week. We loved her and will miss her terribly. She was a good friend, a pawsome Cat Scout and the founder of the Tabby Cat Club. We are heartbroken that she is gone but THANKFUL that we got to know her and be good friends. Our Angel Tamir was her boyfriend before he went to the Bridge. Please click HERE to go to the Tabby Cat Club to read all the pawsome posts for Gracie. You can also leave a message of condolence on her blog Goodness Gracie
Today is also Poetic Thursday hosted by our pals Teddy and Angel Sammy at Two Spoiled Cats
Today's photo prompt is
Mom is watching me on my skis
I hope I don't freeze
I'm not exactly sold
It's very very cold!
One thing I should have told her.
I'd rather do this when I'm older!
We have another thankful to add to Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
We are THANKFUL Mom got up early and was one of four first commenters on Teddy's Tuesday Teaser and one of the right guessers. She won TWO badges this week.
hugs to the family of Gracie.... and we agree, to start this ski stuff when you are older is a good idea...
Well done on the poem.....
I posted a flashback of the Cat Scouts on a world tour as Flat Scouts for Gracie.
Thank you for your kind words. You are so special to me. Angel Tamir, Angel Allie, Angel, Ellie, Angel Mauricio, and all our other Angel friends are together catching up the times gone by.
Thank you for being such a good dear friend.
What a beautiful tribute to a beautiful Tabby girl.
That's sure sad about sweet Gracie, really sad. We enjoyed your poem though and those were good thankfuls too. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
So sorry about Gracie. It's so hard when they leave us.
Love your thankful things. I live on the West coast so doing this doesn't work for me. I sure love it when there are so many that vie for this honor.
Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday. ♥
What a darling poem for the cute little baby skier. Perfect! As for Gracie flying to the Bridge - everyone is heartbroken that she's gone. I know her Mom and Dad miss her terribly just like we all do.
Hugs, Teddy and Pam
We are sorry to hear that your friend went to The Rainbow Bridge.
Gotta start them young, when the snow is deep.

Very sad about Gracie.Good job on the poem. XO
We are sad about Gracie! And we LOVE your poem. Mom started to ski at that age. She remembers (mostly) how long it took to get all the layers and clothes and boots and skis on and then having to go to the bathroom and having to start all over!
I was sorry to hear the news about Gracie. She was a special girl and will be missed. ~Ernie
The toddler is so darn cute, and we love your poem. Losing Gracie was such a blow. Her presence around the blogosphere will really be missed. Mom always enjoys being a first commenter with your mom. Sawyer sends Noelle paw hugs and whisker kisses and love. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, angel Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Sawyer & Kizmet
